OUR SERVICE CHARGES

RECRUITMENT CHARGES REPLACEMENT PERIOD
For All permanent positions (Junior to leadership hiring) Our Professional Fees amount to *8.33% of the selected candidate's Gross Annual CTC, as may be negotiated with the selected candidate 60 days

OTHER TERM & CONDITIONS

  • Payment Terms: Our payment becomes due as the selected candidate joins the organization. Accordingly, our Invoice for the Professional Fees will be mailed to you and TOTAL SERVICE CHARGE TO BE PAID WITHIN 30 DAYS.
  • Mode Of Payment: Payments are to be made to our Bank Account** in favor of the Beneficiary, TBI Recruitment Services. Confirmation of payment may please be made either by mailing the scanned copy of the counterfoil of the deposit OR by WhatsApp. (Detailed information on Bank A/C will be mentioned in the Invoice.)
  • In case the candidate placed by us leaves the Client's service OR is terminated due to nonperformance within TWO Months (60 Days) from the date of joining, we shall provide a free replacement However, the Client is expected to intimate the candidate in writing that his/her performance has not been to the management's satisfaction so that he/she gets the opportunity to improve upon as per the expectations of the Management. A copy of such intimation to a candidate must be forwarded to TBI Technologies for records.
  • Clients have to provide feedback on the resumes within 48 hours of receiving the profile from us and feedback on the interviews within 72 hours of meeting the candidate.
  • One designated officer of TBI Technologies will be moderating the final rounds of the interview process. The final round will be made in VC (If Possible). An invoice will be raised after the candidate is on board with the client
  • Any communication with the candidate should be done through TBI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. only.
  • The Appointment Letter issued to the candidate prior to his/her joining should be routed through TBI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. only. If the Appointment Letter is issued to the candidate upon his/her joining the client, a copy of the Appointment Letter should be forwarded to TBI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. simultaneously
  • Any dispute(s) arising out of this agreement is subject to Bhopal (M.P.) jurisdiction only
  • Alliance Agreement has to be agreed upon and signed by both parties. A copy of which, with other credentials like PAN Card, etc of both Authorized signatories, will bekept on record with both ends.
